Tomato abundance

We are overflowing with tomatoes this year. Two Sundays ago, the boys and I picked 51 lbs. of tomatoes. With that bounty, I made about 200 ounces (12.5 lbs) of tomato sauce, 8 pints of salsa, and 7 quarts of canned tomatoes. Only 6 of the 7 quarts survived the pressure canner, but considering it took 3 tries to pressurize the canner, I'm thankful I got any canned tomatoes. We also still have 15-20 lbs. of tomatoes left over from that picking. I'm planning on canning more later this week. Next year, I'm only planting 6 tomato plants because I just won't have time to deal with the bounty from 11 like this year.
